In most cases, items purchased from Paper Quest can be returned within 14 days of receipt of the goods. During this period you can try out and check the product, as is usual in stationary stores. The product must still be in its original condition and must not be damaged in any way. The product may only be removed from the packaging if it is not sealed.
If you wish to return the item, you must inform us. To do this, fill out the return form on our website or use the sample withdrawal form below. You can also inform us of your return by sending an email to team.paperquest@gmail.com. Please note that you must return the items to us within 14 days of notifying us of the return.
Processing your return
After we receive your return, we will inspect the returned item and then begin processing your refund. Your money will be refunded via the payment method you used to make the purchase, unless you have requested a different refund. We will pay out your refund within 14 days. We will cover the shipping costs for the return.
Items that cannot be returned
The following product types cannot be returned:
Services that the customer has already agreed to use. and: PDFs, PNGs, JPEGs, WebPs

Während dieses Zeitraums kannst Du das Produkt ausprobieren und überprüfen, wie es auch in stationären Geschäften üblich ist. Das Produkt muss noch im Ursprungszustand sein und darf in keinster Weise beschädigt sein. Das Produkt darf nur aus der Verpackung genommen werden, wenn diese nicht versiegelt ist.
Falls Du den Artikel zurückschicken möchtest, musst Du uns darüber informieren. Fülle dazu das Rücksendeformular auf unserer Website aus oder nutze das untere Muster-Widerrufsformular. Du kannst uns auch über deine Rückgabe per E-Mail an team.paperquest@gmail.com informieren. Bitte beachte, dass Du die Artikel innerhalb von 14 Tagen, nachdem Du uns über die Rückgabe in Kenntnis gesetzt hast, an uns zurücksenden musst.
Bearbeitung deiner Rücksendung
Nachdem wir deine Rücksendung erhalten haben, werden wir den retournierten Artikel prüfen und anschließend mit der Bearbeitung deiner Rückerstattung beginnen. Dein Geld wird über die von dir beim Kauf benutzte Zahlungsmethode zurückerstattet, sofern Du keine anderweitige Rückerstattung verlangt hast. Wir bezahlen deine Rückerstattung innerhalb von 14 Tagen aus. Wir übernehmen die Versandkosten für die Retoure.
